We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mixed-Signal Simulation and Verification Engineer to support the functional verification and AMS simulation of our custom analog and mixed-signal ICs for our Lidar and Photonic Products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AMS environments, verifying standalone analog blocks, and working with Cadence simulation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute mixed-signal simulation testbenches using SystemVerilog and AMS methodologies.
- Build standalone analog block verification environments using Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and AMS Designer.
- Validate analog-digital interfaces and mixed-signal behavior across PVT conditions.
- Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to debug and verify block- and top-level functionality.
- Automate regression flows, data collection, and waveform analysis.
- Contribute to verification planning and documentation for silicon sign-off.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in mixed-signal digital simulation and verification.
- Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, Verilog, and mixed-signal testbenches.
- Experience building and running AMS verification environments for analog blocks.
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and related tools.
- Familiarity with analog IPs such as ADCs, LDOs, PLLs, or amplifiers.
- Good scripting skills (e.g., Python, Tcl) for test automation.
- Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
